How can I order a custom designed tee-shirt?
Simply phone or email us your idea. It would be very handy if you could email us your logo or text so we can see the work involved.
What payment options do you have?
We can take Credit / Debit cards, NOCHEX, PayPal, Cheque's, Postal orders, Online Banking or Cash by Registered Post
Can you take PayPal?
Yes. The easiest way is choosing PayPal from the checkout options. You could also email us your PayPal email address and the items you would like to purchase. We can then send you an invoice through PayPal.
What are the postage & packaging costs?
We charge £2.95 for 1st class recorded parcels and £5.50 for Next Day Special Delivery. If your order is valued over £50 we can only send Special Delivery.
What is your returns policy?
With the following exceptions, any store bought teeshirt may be returned for any reason, if in new condition (including manufacturer's packaging!) and unworn, for exchange, credit, or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date. This warranty does not cover abuse or normal wear of the T-Shirt. Store bought teeshirts may be returned, if in new condition, for credit to your account toward the purchase of another product, or for replacement if defective. On credit card orders there is a 2.6% plus 20p charge on refunds. Postage and packaging price is non-fundable!
You MUST email us first to request a return and you must also post the return via recorded delivery (Special delivery if value is over £25).
EXCEPTIONS:
We are unable to refund custom made teeshirts.
